CHRISTMAS FAITH
Dear one, we live in a world full of doubts, unbelief and pride. We live in a world where man thinks his knowledge is greater than Gods. We live in a world where secular humanism is seeking to take the place of God and to turn all societies globally into humanistic reasoning centers wherein whatever seems right to a man is law. What shall a Christian man or woman do in times like these? Believe! That’s right, our work still after all these years is to believe. Yet the darkness that comes through unbelief is growing darker and darker and soon the day will pass and the night will fully come wherein no man will be able to do or proceed any further than where or to what he has attained. So now a season of faith is imperative for Gods people, people of faith must grow yet more in their faith and all must do whatever is necessary to cause their faith to grow. So many are on the verge of losing faith and giving up hope. This is intended by the powers of darkness, yet the Lord Jesus Christ remains the light of the world and all who put their faith and trust in him will not be disappointed. Remember, faith comes by hearing and hearing and hearing and hearing the WORD OF GOD! Whatever one must do to attain to a greater faith they must do it. We do not need more gurus, mentors, coaches or any other thing to guide us, only faith! Faith must be the guide that leads to the promises of God. Faith must take the lead! Faith must be the visionary! Faith must be the key that opens all other doors into the Kingdom of God. This is what brings us to this one major point concerning CHRISTmas.
Christmas is not about materialism, commercialism, religion, Santa Clause, Rudolf the red nosed reindeer, candy canes, Christmas trees, yule logs or any other thing then CHRIST BEING BORN! Christmas is about remembering that great day when planet earth received its Messiah, the messiah of the world! We remember the day when all prophecies stretching as far back as the book of Genesis were fulfilled. It is all about remembering and standing in awe of the fact that thousands of years of prophetic utterances were finally met on the day when Christ was born! The prophets had prophesied his birth for millennia and now he arrives! Amazing! Christmas is about remembering the day when the heavens were opened and a host of heavenly angels filled the skies above the heads of the Shepherds who were tending their flocks in the open fields. It is about imagining this amazing celestial visitation as the heavens were declaring Gods only Begotten Son being birthed into this sin sick world and declaring PEACE ON EARTH, GOOD WILL TOWARDS MAN! Christmas is about the wonder of wise men visiting the man-child from the east bringing gifts of Gold, frankincense and myrrh, acknowledging that HE IS THE ONE! Christmas is about a light being brought into the world, a light that would forever shine to the ends of the earth in warmth and love calling all creation back to the Father of all lights! Christmas is about God bringing forth his Son into the earth through the womb of a virgin, allowing for the manchild to enter the earth as all men do, through the womb of a woman. Christmas is all about salvation coming forth into the earth, a salvation that grants mercy, grace, forgiveness and eternal life. Yes, God sent His salvation into the world so that all could be saved, yet He allows for man to choose, choose to believe or choose to not believe.
Christmas is not about satanic origins, demonic dates, Nimrod, Saturn or the sun god; Christmas is about the SON OF GOD MAKING HIS ENTRANCE INTO THE EARTH! So why would the enemy go through so much trouble to confuse, throw doubt, fight against, silence, slander and accuse this great remembrance? Why would the enemy spend billions of dollars to remove the name of Christ, tear down crosses and destroy nativity scenes before the public? Why do the heathen rage against JESUS CHRIST and his birth? It’s simple; Satan hates Jesus Christ! All he can do is turn your heart away from Him through unbelief, and that is what the world is seeking to do through demonically inspired world rulers and atheistic God haters of all sorts, to erase and eradicate the name of Jesus and Christ out of the minds of our generation. So what should be our response as true believers? To remember, remember the Birth of Jesus, to recall, to think about and to put it all together again in our hearts and minds and to declare and speak this great truth to those near and far wherever and whenever we can. We tell the story and by doing so we refresh our hearts and minds and strengthen our faith.
It is our Prayer that God would fill your heart with CHRISTmas Faith right now, a gift of faith to believe with all the heart and mind in order that we may fall in love all over again with the lover of our souls and to become intimate with Him once again and be willing to live for Him and to Die for him, because we love Him because He is the way, the truth and the Life! Therefore, we conclude that CHRISTmas is about LOVE! For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever would believe in Him should not perish but have everlasting life! We recall the words of the Prophet Isaiah when he said UNTO US A CHILD IS BORN, UNTO US A SON IS GIVEN! This gift was motivated by love, great love that cannot be comprehended by our darkened minds, yet this love penetrates deeper and deeper until finally we are fully embraced, accepted and brought into union with the Father, His Son and the Holy Spirit. Oh how great the riches of his love truly are! How can we even begin to fathom the depths of this kind of love that one would be willing to die for sinners and to reconcile a fallen race of humanity! But we do! We do love Him whom we have not seen and therefore we wait for Him and while waiting we experience His presence in our lives, perhaps not always but often, often enough to keep the streams flowing and the river moving. God is alive and He loves you and has given to us all His great Gift. Receive Him today and COME ALIVE!
